Railway

Freight transport

A short delivery time and an acceptable price are commonplace for the production of coil springs for the freight transport. Unified UIC springs for chassis Y25 (20t, 22,5t, 25t) are manufactured on a high-capacity CNC line and tested on an automatic measuring device. Specific customer requirements are always carefully taken into account in the offer.

HZP is the largest supplier of springs to all primary producers of freight trains and chassis in Europe but also a supplier of coil springs for most certified European State Railways.

Parabolic springs are an inherent portfolio belonging to the rail freight transport. The springs are manufactured according to the UIC specification for 18t, 20t, 22,5t and 25t load chassis applications.

To save the costs associated with the regular exchange of leaf springs, HZP a.s. also specializes in repairing springs. The special repair procedure is always previously agreed with the customer.
